In order to be successful, we have to keep abreast of the latest trends and technology utilized on the net today. The world wide web is an ever-changing, liquid environment maintained and developed by ever-evolving technology. It would be extremely burdensome for a business owner to stay informed on current developments, find the appropriate technology, and implement it, unless this were his profession. For us, it is.

If given a choice between advertising a national chain, or a local business, we'll give the local business first option at a lower cost. Secondly, we are affordable. We are a family business with very little overhead and limited budget. We do not employ marketing teams, design teams or sales professionals. If we do not offer a service we will either attempt it or refer you to someone else who does. Lastly, we produce a professional product. We are very particular in the graphics and links we allow on our site.

The Latest Trends
Video and Social Networking are changing the landscape of the internet. Soon, internet surfers will have their own page with their interests, friends, favorite links, music and videos all in one spot. They will not even have to join My Space or Yahoo to pull it off. Savvy real estate agents, hairdressers, finance specialists and service providers will have profiles rather than web sites giving their customers a more "personal" experience & providing greater customer loyalty. At Wild Blue Heaven, we are researching this trend and will soon host "gadgets" to be displayed and shared on one's personal profile page. We will be offering profile pages along with web sites in our list of services. And, as always, we will offer personal design and graphics to spruce it up. Beyond that, its 3-D out on the horizon.

The biggest need for advertising is traffic! You can build your own website for little or no cost, or you may be able to get a friend or relative to do it. I am not going to waste my time trying to convince someone of the benefits of advertising on the internet. Simply ask yourself where you go when you want to find a business or service. Then ask your teenage son, daughter, niece or grandchild. Most people turn to the internet now before using the yellow pages or even asking someone. If you cannot afford to advertise there, then the business will simply go to those who can. People have only a few seconds to read an ad on a billboard or on television, and then they are seldom ready to buy. A well placed ad on the internet will be seen again and again, provided the site on which it is displayed motivates people to return. Can't afford it? You can't not afford it
